    I ordered a 10″ wool buffing pad from Amazon that was to be shipped by TCP. I received an 8″ pad. When I called TCP I got a run around. It took me 6 phone calls before I finally got authorization to return the pad. They insisted that the item as it appeared on Amazons web site clearly stated that the 10″ pad only fit 8″ and 7 1/2″ buffers. No where on the Amazon site does it state that.
